HEALTH MEDIATION AS A SELF-COMPOSITIVE PUBLIC POLICY OF ACCESS TO JUSTICE

This article deals with the institute of mediation, notably in relation to sanitary conflicts, as an instrument for effective access to health. For that, a bibliographic research was carried out, approaching the collected data using deductive and systemic methods. The objective of this study is to analyze the aforementioned institute from the perspective of the human right to health, in view of the excessive judicialization of health through individual demands. Finally, from the study of health mediation, in collective demands, how this instrument can act to reorient public health policies, aiming at expanding access to quality actions and services.
